What is VirtualCarHub?

VirtualCarHub is a buyer-side wholesale vehicle acquisition service. We help consumers acquire vehicles through dealer-only wholesale channels, show the real numbers behind each vehicle, and coordinate inspection, paperwork, financing, and delivery so the process is clear from search to driveway.

Is VirtualCarHub a dealer?

VirtualCarHub is not a traditional dealer lot. We work on the buyer's side of the transaction: instead of selling you a car from our own inventory, we source vehicles from wholesale channels on your behalf and manage the acquisition for you.

Where do the vehicles come from?

Vehicles come from dealer-only wholesale and auction channels that consumers normally cannot access directly, including lease returns and dealer trade inventory. Inventory refreshes throughout the day as vehicles are listed and sold.

Do I pay fees?

The price shown on each vehicle includes VirtualCarHub's acquisition margin. Taxes, title, registration, and transport are excluded and are shown separately once you are moving forward on a specific vehicle.

Can I inspect the car before I buy?

Pre-approved buyers can review condition and inspection reports on each vehicle, including auction condition grades and Carfax history where available, before committing to the next step.

How does delivery work?

Once a vehicle is acquired, VirtualCarHub coordinates transport to your address. Transport is quoted separately on each vehicle page based on your ZIP code, and the same team stays connected through pickup, transit, and delivery.
